Crawford Estates
The Kelowna neighbourhood of Crawford Estates is located between the neighbourhoods of Upper Mission and South East Kelowna. It is home to large city lots, classic architecture plus views of the city, mountain and valley below.
Crawford is a resilient neighbourhood with a strong sense of community having undergone great peril and destruction during the big Okanagan Mountain Park fire of 2003.

This post-fire neighbourhood has become a vibrant collection of family homes with easy access to community parks. The grassy sports field of Redridge Park, the outdoor ice rink of Westridge Park, the hiking Canyon Falls Park and the many trail systems of Crawford Trails in Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park provides a plethora of outdoor recreation venues.

Crawford is a mountain bike mecca known throughout the Valley. Green, Blue and Black Diamond trails provide the venue for family fun excursions! Names like Jekyll, Hyde, Big Drop, Teddy Bear Junction, and Woolley’s Revenge provide thrills and hills a ‘plenty with sweeping lake and valley views below.
