DESCRIPTION & LOCATION
The main access to the Black Mountain area is via Hwy 33. This Kelowna neighbourhood features fantastic views and great recreation with Black Mountain Golf Club and Tower Ranch Golf & Country Club just down the street, trails and parks in the area and quick access for hiking, snowmobiling and skiing further up Hwy 33. Black Mountain is situated on the same bench as East Kelowna but on the North side of Mission Creek. This provides for spectacular Okanagan lake views down into the valley. The community features a wide range of housing options from affordable single family homes in some of the older neighbourhoods, fairway homes for the golf enthusiasts, and high end luxury homes with lake and mountain views.
