DESCRIPTION & LOCATION
Smith Creek is a lovely rural neighbourhood just a few minutes from West Kelowna. It is up the hill side amongst mixed evergreen forests on the west side of the valley. To the South is the Glenrosa valley neighbourhood and to the north the Shannon Lakes area. Close to trails and nature with an eastern view over the valley and lake it is a growing community of mixed farms and subdivisions.
With many new and exciting options for shopping, office space and amenities being built in West Kelowna in the past ten plus years, just about everything is within a short drive. Elementary schools and high schools are nearby and most students in Smith Creek arrive at school via school bus.
