Your immense efforts were just as critical along Westside Road, where crews battled the fast-moving Bradley Creek and Quilpituk Creek wildfires through relentless winds and treacherous terrain to save vacation properties and family homes.
Faced with fast-spreading valley grass and thick timber, you risked everything to establish lines in the sand and protect our neighborhoods.
